I think I find myself neutral

The moderators aren't here just to ban/mute/warn rule-breakers, but also to help people out with any questions. I therefore don't find this new helper/guide rank necessary.
On the other side, this position would be easier to reach, making more people able to get it by simply being nicer, although they might not get promoted.
I think this could be a nice rank for Nanurz as well... So I'm leaning towards a support

 

I think this sounds like a nice idea.
I think you would have to apply for this separately rather than applying for moderator.
I don't think this position would be able to ban, kick, mute etc. (Like you said).
But I think it would be a nice addition
