Hey. So I have been given 100 positives, but have still not received the award after hours and hours. Help?

 

Trophies come in various amounts of time. Just be patient.

So does that mean they have to like stuff on my profile?

Likes are one of many positive ratings you can get on here.
Green= Positive
Black= Neutral
Red= Negative.
