Hello, my suggestion is to not accept Gyazo GIFs.

      The 2 reasons are:

      1. They can be taken from another video.
They can easily go to another report and re-record that video just to get the person banned again, making it obviously unfair for the victim.

      2. The framerate is horrible.
The framerate on Gyazo GIFs are horrible. It makes it hard to tell if they're actually hacking or not, and there's a chance they'll get false banned for this.

      Thanks for reading. :)

Gyazo GIFs are mainly NOT made for hacking. That would be kind of sad if someone can't post a video through YouTube, but knows how to make a GIF on Gyazo.

The part on another video makes no sense, like if your saying something about chat, people can easily just screenshot it...

      Thanks. :)

You can go to another video, resize the GIF recording area to the video and just play the video while recording the GIF to make it look legit.

      Thanks! :)

Support. Should definitely be added. Nothing worse than people holding grudges against you until you are unbanned, then banning you with the same video.

Support. It's a good point that people can try to re-ban that person with the same video by recording it again... Nice suggestion!

I don't support for a select few reasons.

      1. The benefits out way the negatives. If the frame rate is terrible to the point you can't tell there is hacks, the mods shouldn't be accepting the report.
      2. Your point on them taking snippets from other videos is invalid. I can literally download a video and then crop it, and then upload that small portion of the video to my channel and bam. The exact same thing right there.
      3. Evidence is evidence. It doesn't matter what form it comes in. If it proves someone as guilty, then why implement a way to stop this method of people reporting rule breakers?
      4. It's unnecessary. A select few people use this method, and at the end of the day it is mods disgression as to whether or not the reported player has broken the rules.
