I have just realised when I go on Survival, Archer Pvp, Hellblock and factions I am Elite which was the first rank I had before my God rank... I would like to get God rank on all of the missing servers.

Emailing Cyp is the only way to get your rank issues fixed. No one else has the ability to help you. I would advise you to email him. Making sure to provide as much evidence and detail as you can to your specific issue.
