Here are my suggestions.

1) Add /clan kick (IGN)
2) Add a command to see the list of players in the clan
3) Add /c c (clan chat)

It's kitpvp not factions. I have hard enough time getting b y a single clan attacking at once, adding allies just makes it even worse. You already have groups of 5-10 people at span ganging up on people.
