I honestly believe that spectators should be removed from bedwars, there's so many problems with them. Many people who do stay in game after they die are usually ghosting and is ruining the game due to the fact they've caused an advantage.
If there weren't spectators then you wouldn't be able to find people who go to flats, hack, etc. though
Are you saying that the spectators will be visible to players alive? Ehh support I guess it would be useful Some people want to watch their friends after they have died..
