People still get unbanned after a perm ban for some reason. This is an easy way to stop that.

 

1 Month ban No appeal
3 month ban No Appeal
6 month ban appeal
lifetime no appeal (on lifetime it would be an ip ban)

Side note:
The problem with disallowing appeals is that some people are false banned.
If someone hacked once, what happens if they get false banned the second time? If Mineverse is giving second chances, I think everyone should be able to appeal; even for perm bans. Aside from that, even if the quoted suggestion isn't implemented, I fully support stricter bans.
