I have no idea what you mean by this.

I can see about 2-3 people being "ahead of me," however that's not a full promotion wave.

I do agree that my activity hasn't been the best lately, and I'm trying my absolute hardest to bump that up. I also agree that Mineverse needs active mods, however the staff team also needs a person who has been dedicating roughly three years of time to this server. Thanks for the reply.

- Your application simply doesn't prove to me you're capable enough, at least not yet.

What I mean with "people just copying what people said above them" is that some people tend to just say "no support reasons stated" or "support reasons stated", and sometimes these people don't even read the application or know you. They might look at the comments before theirs and just reply with the same view as the people before them. This is just to get free posts and get your post count up

I'm still neutral. As you said yourself: you didn't do much the previous times you've moderated. I don't see why you want to be a mod and do things differently this time
