Trust Issues bud, I don't see you as an owner of a 350+ player server daily.

 

The trust issue is Cyp's problem, and it's also becoming the server's problem. It would make sense for there to be an Admin for every gamemode (and it's also only 15 gamemodes because who plays Hellblock amirite?) The trust issue is Cyp's own fault, but the time issue isn't. Believe me I know, and hiring admins for each gamemode to make the changes that Cyp doesn't have time to do would boost the server's popularity tenfold.

Support for admins but not 1 for each game mode. Pile would be a good admin since she is already the forums admin, or just make the developers admins since that is practically what they do already.
