Here is a plugin for anvils in kitpvp since the anvils always break so it would be a while for a higher staff to replace them http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/infiniteblocks/
I agree we need a plugin to deal with this issue, but I think the plugin you recommended does not work with the other plugins Mineverse has.
Coding time! Just give me a month to figure the code out, and I'll be fine. But in all seriousness, good plugin, it justs needs more thought into it.
