So i was playing OPPvP and i thought to myself lets see how many mods are on, so i typed in /staff and 2 mods have been off for 8 days and one mod has been off for 5 days, are they not supposed to be on daily, or is that just me??
We are humans too. Sometimes we have to take breaks, or we take family vacations, or we get sick, the list could go on and on. I try to be on as much as I can and help as much as I can but it is not as easy as you think.
God, moderators are humans. Not robots. It is currently summer outside and people go on vacations. It is normal that moderators aren't on for so many days because they are on vacations.
Certain staff have reasons for inactivity that do not have to be shared with the public. A common inactivity reason would be vacationing. As long as the Head Staff know, it's fine. If you are concerned about a certain Moderator, just chuck them a message and ask what's up. Also, we are not required to be on every day.
We try to be as active as possible but of course there a peek times where we can not make it as we are out for the day or busy with school. Remember we all have a life out of minecraft.
life happens ;-; I used to have no life so I was on all day everyday. Now I have a job, my activity has decreased significantly. But I try to be on as much as possible
