Ah yes, rushing. One of the most prominent strategies in Bedwars, and one of the most common as well. This will basically be a guide on how to rush teams on every map and what materials to bring. Bw1 (Texas Massacre) Personally one of my favorite maps, there is only one sure fire way to get the bed without risks. Supplies) Iron pickaxe, level 1 gold sword, level 1 chest plate, 84 sandstone (a stack and twenty), enderpearl, 1-2 steak How to attack) After building out, aim your enderpearl for the top of the roof then jump down to the bed area and break the bed. After breaking the bed, attempt to kill any people without armor. This map is the easiest to break the bed on as it is not by the villager where people mostly are. Bw2 and bw15 (Windmill) Another one of my favorites, there are two ways to go about getting the bed. Supplies) Set 1) Iron pickaxe, level 1 gold sword, level 1 chestplate, 32 sandstone, 1-2 steak. Set 2) Iron pickaxe, level 1 gold sword, level 1 chest plate, 40 glass, two enderpearls, 1-2 steak. How to attack) You can attack one of two ways on windmill. Use set 1 if you have a clear path from mid to your opponents base. Run up as far as you can to the base until an enemy attacks you. If you are attacked enderpearl to the house on the left. Build up over the house and drop down to the birch wood and fence patio. Proceed to build to the bed area from there. Once you're on top, face the flatlands and go to the left, you will be able to drop down on to the grass and break to the bed. Finally, build to the main island and kill any stragglers. Use set two if there are enemies at mid or you don't have a clear path from mid to your enemies base. Use your first enderpearl to go to the top of mid, then build out with 20 glass to your desired opponents base. Aim your enderpearl for the house on the left. Build up over the house and drop down to the birch wood and fence patio. Proceed to build to the bed area from there. Once you're on top, face the flatlands and go to the left, you will be able to drop down on to the grass and break to the bed. Finally, build to the main island and kill any stragglers. Bw3, bw8, bw11, bw14 (Skyline Restaurant) By far the most popular map on Bedwars, there are two ways to rush on it. Supplies) Set 1) Iron pickaxe, level 1 gold sword, level 1 chest plate, 64 sandstone, enderpearl, 1-2 steak. Set 2) Iron pickaxe, level 1 gold sword, level 1 chest plate, 24 glass, enderpearl How to attack) Set 1) Use set 1 if you want to attack counterclockwise. Build 64 out to yours base's right, then enderpearl to the side of the base. Break the 1x2 of glass blocks and mine to the bed. Kill anyone you can. Set 2) You can use this set to attack either direction. Build up 12 glass on line with one mini island on either side of your base. Then build 12 out and enderpearl to the mini island. Run and jump then enderpearl to the base you want to attack. If you attack clockwise run around behind the base to the other side. Break the 1x2 of glass blocks and mine to the bed. Kill anyone you can. Bw4 and bw12 (Snow Islands) The biggest lie of Bedwars, half the islands aren't even snow! Anyways there are 2 general ways to attack on here. Supplies) Iron pickaxe, level 1 gold sword, level 1 chestplate, 64 sandstone, enderpearl, 1-2 steak. How to attack) Build out to the min island between your base and your opponents. Enderpearl for the tree above the gold spawner. Work your way down to the bed area and break it. Exterminate anyone you can. Bw6 (Autumn) There is one effective way to rush. Supplies) Iron pickaxe, level 1 gold sword, level 1 chestplate, 64 sandstone, enderpearl, 1-2 steak, 1 health potion How to attack) Build out either direction 64 blocks to another teams base. Aim your enderpearl to the top of a tree. Drop down to the top of the bed area and drink your health potion as you will be somewhat low at this point. Fall down to the bed area and break it. Finish off anyone you can. Bw7 and bw16 (Abandoned mines) There are two good ways to rush on here. Supplies) Set 1) Iron pickaxe, level 1 gold sword, 64 sandstone, enderpearl, 1-2 steak Set 2) Iron pickaxe, level 1 gold sword, level 1 chestplate, 48 glass, 2 enderpearl, health potion, 1-2 steak. How to attack) With set 1 you build to mid and to an enemy team's tree on the cave. You then enderpearl for the top of the brick hut, finally break down in the farthest layer until you drop into the bed area. Murder anyone you can. With set 2 you build to your cave and go to the very bottom. Build by going two to the right and one out got about 14-20 blocks. Then enderpearl to the top of your enemies cave. Go to the right side underneath the tree. Then enderpearl for the top of the brick hut, finally break down in the farthest layer until you drop into the bed area. Bw 9) Desert There's one good way to rush on here. Supplies) Iron pickaxe, level 1 gold sword, level 1 chestplate, 64 sandstone, enderpearl, 1-2 steak. How to attack) Build 64 out diagonally to the base you wish to attack. Aim your enderpearl for the roof of the house. If your enderpearl hits the roof mine through the sandstone to the compartment under it, then break the sandstone on either side and go down to the bed. If your enderpearl misses mine to under the house. You should see a hidden room. Break the glow stone and build up to the bed area and break it. End the lives of anyone you can. Bw10 (Spiral) Possibly the worst map, the bed is very difficult to break unless you're very lucky the first time as it is right where everything spawns Supplies) Iron pickaxe, level 1 gold sword, level 1 chestplate, 64 sandstone, enderpearl, 1-2 steak. How to attack) This map is basically a crapshoot as everyone is generally right near the bed area. Basically you build out 64 blocks then enderpearl to the base. Quickly go to the bed area and break through the protection, this may take a couple of attempts however. Bw13 (Temples) There is one way that works well on this map. Supplies) Iron pickaxe, level 1 gold sword, level 1 chestplate, 128 sandstone (2 stacks), 2 health potions, enderpearl, 1-2 steak. How to attack) Build to the mini island, then stack up to the top of it. After that, make a pole of about 20, then enderpearl to the temple. Run to the back, drop down to the ground level and drink your potions. Break in through the back and break the bed. Completely obliterate any poor soul inhabiting the island. Good job, useful tactics that I sometimes use. For the windmill one, if you don't have enough gold for epearl and your team is the first to go to mid. Wait for an opponent to build to mid and kill them. Go on their path, build up and towards the path of their bed. They won't have any bows or any other tools to stop you, so that's an easy way.
I've used this a couple of times lol, but I usually have a couple of stacks on windmill. Thank you, and last time I played with you I believe you suicided with no bed just to him me off. That is such a great strat XD. I'll still beat you tbh
