okay so a couple days ago i've found that there's a slight bug with the alerts on forums. As you can see in the screenshot below, I've circled 2 alerts. the red is the mention alert that is blank and the blue is the mention alert that works properly. I've found out that the blank alerts are all mentions, (@Restaurants for example) and no, they haven't been deleted I double check. For some odd reason, some mentions are displayed as they should be in the alert pane ("Blank mentioned you in a message") as seen with the one in blue, but some mention alerts are blank, as seen in the red circle. Please fix this, its kind of annoying having to track down what the person mentioned you in.
i jus go thru their recent activity but ya i can see it bein annoyin if u dont look at the notif fast enough or they real active n have 79283792 other posts after that one
It's been like this for a long time. If you tag someone in a comment on a profile post, it won't notify you properly. Though you can still find it easily by going to the profile of whoever tagged you and go into their recent history.
^ This is how I find it. It would nice to be able to easily see where they mentioned you because it isn't always on a post you have commented on.
