I have sent many emails and made multiple forum threads and now it is out of hand it has been 1 month since my last email and thread made and I still have not gotten a response fromantic the support team at [email protected]. Please help me I have been missing my rank for 2 months now and it's getting out of hand. IGN iStrafeDaily

Also my friend won the top voters and he didn't get his rank yet (on some gamemodes not all)

What rank are you missing?
Are you 100% sure the order went through?
If you emailed many times he might have ignored/moved to spam your email account, try using a different email account

 

Emailing support is the only way to fix your rank issue.
