Survival - Claims

I went to go delete my claim and then expand it when all of sudden it says u can't over lap an existing claim and I'm like what! i just had a claim there and i type /abandonclaim but it says there is no claim here but i can build in the claim. (its redstone and nether bounder)

 

These glitches have been happening a lot lately apparently, have ypu tried claiming areas around your old claim?

 

There must be a random claim around there.

 

possibly another reason why survival needs a reset

 

it says theres a claim exactly where my old one is and this happened within second to

 

I don't know why this is happening, and if I'm honest I personally don't have a solution sorry.
