Hello there, my IGN is MonsteredUp, or known as Monster, I am in the Central Time Zone. I am proud as can be to say I live in the United States Of America! I only speak English, also to the 2Fa is a yes, I can capture video and proof/evidence, I've played on Mineverse for a very long and I love the server, and always play on it, I've caught many hackers, and had them banned, I believe that's why I should become mod, I've been daily active for some time, I've been playing daily for the last at least 2 weeks, and before that I'd miss a day or two because factions was filled with hackers and not quite as fun and that is my dominant server I've played on, I believe I've been playing for coming on 3 years, if not already 3 years. And I was once falsely banned on factions, for someone using a hacked client to make it seem that I was hacking, and once for using a spam a bow on op pvp (the one on OPPVP was a well deserved ban, and after that I've never hacked again as that was my first time and last I've ever hacked). I've been mods on lower servers, not many but I have some experience, also I'm a mod for a small youtuber on Twitch.tv/Gone, But I'm not sure if that matters, and I believe I have what it takes to be a mod, and I hope y'all give me the opportunity, and hope y'all have an amazing day! I'd personally recommend looking at the accepted applications to get inspiriation and see what we seek for in an application. Lay out and structure is very important here. Too look more professional you could also have a profile picture and a prefix of your nationality in your application. As other's have stated, you don't meet the requirements to becoming a moderator either. Work on that ;) I don't support you as of now, but good luck nevertheless!
