If you actually read the thread I said "This being said I think ex-mods shouldn’t have priority over normal players, all rank problems should be addressed within a week considering that it is IRL money or hard worked in game ranks." I had Titan rank for many months, it's the highest rank on my account and should be there, it's not like I never got it. In fact I've now had two maps accepted where others have gotten Rank upgrades from just one. The map Metropolis was made along time ago which I got Titan from, the OP Prison Map was made after my resignation.
I emailed to get my rank back on my alt, as I only have it on oppvp, they said it was fixed yet they never fixed it :P I stopped trying tbh.
When you decide to be rude to the head staff it doesn't really make Cypriot happy to quickly give you your rank back, I don't want to be rude so im sorry if this offends you but if you were a bit more positive they may come to do it eventually.

So your saying a rank that we are entitled too doesn't have to be given if some fancy head guys are butt hurt? Look guys, the fact you're taking his attitude over real life money is unbelievably pathetic. Yes, he became a bit salty after he resigned, but he paid $100 to keep this server running, to help it out. Yet you take over attitude and feelings upon Torch over 100 bucks. Really? This guy has been waiting for more than four months, longer than any other staff member who had a rank issue. He isn't even as salty as someone like Pocidel, so why think he doesn't deserve to get his 100 dollar perks if the only issue you guys are talking about here is attitude and respect? He just wants to get his moneys worth, and for ex-staff to get their ranks fixed a bit quicker than normal people because of the hard work they've given to MV. In my opinion, I think it's quite saddening.
This isn't just about me, it's about setting a good standard for the time it takes all Exmods to receive their correct ranks.

" I'm not even going to start about the bs at the start of this quote (credit us at the spawn? Cyp deletes this 'credit'), but this isn't a god damn gift. People are given the rank as a somewhat trade for their work on their map. Let's think about this logically... Cyp could do one of the following options; A) Pay $80 to the build team to build a dank, I dunno, infection map. Or B) Give someone an upgrade which essentially doesn't mean all that much for their map which would only be accepted if it is a map of quality. Your statement here is like saying that he gifts the build team $80 for one of their maps. Lmfao. I mean no targeting towards Pile, and perhaps her wording was wacky af at the time, but as for this issue... It's beyond pathetic. It takes no longer then 5 minutes to reinstate someone's rank. I'm not saying that ex staff should get priority, but as Cyp removes their moderator rank, he should be applying their rank at the SAME TIME. It is ridiculous to say "oh but he's so busy" - That's not how it is and we know that. As for support email being an absolute wreck, perhaps if they would trust someone to help out then it wouldn't be such an issue? They decide to take it on by themselves, and they will be judged based on the efficiency that they present. (By they, I refer to Cyp and crew) So for anyone saying "it's ur attitude boi" and crap like that, no, that's not how it works, and no, that is not a valid reason in any way, shape or form. I was in no way making excuses. If you read my response you would see I was clarifying that he was given his paid rank back. This Titan rank is a gift. A gift for his hard work on those maps. I don't understand why you attack me so often. It was a clarification.
The real question is, why do you even get downgraded to premium? Before, this was not an issue at all even before the "2 gamemode moderator" thingy. How about he just fixes the issue? Can't be that hard.
Staff used to be promoted differently. Mineverse moved to using buycraft for promotions well over a year ago.
So like two years ago when you were able to apply for global mod he had to walk into every server and give them mod?
Instead of "buying" premium to demote players he should just "buy" the rank he was in the first place. Head mods should give this information of what rank the player was in the moment he resigns or get demoted. Not that hard.
If it were set up so that was possible don't you think he would? I understand the frustration, but attacking the staff like we have anything to do with any of this unfair. I have messaged the owner several times about the rank.
