Senior Moderator What does a Senior Moderator do? Senior Moderator is another rank to provide assistance to the staff team. Right now there are only 2-3 staff managers who get spammed with questions constantly. This rank will lift some of the work off their shoulders. Consider senior mod as a mentor for the whole staff team. If anyone has a question, they may come to this person and ask to their hearts content. Senior moderators will get some extra abilities as well. Why was this rank added? The reason this rank was added was to have another rank for moderators to reach out to. This was spoken about many times at our meetings, moderators often run out of steam and we lose them. With another rank, this can keep moderators engaged to the staff team for longer. This is not a rank you can apply for. They will be chosen by CypriotMerkz & staff managers with some possible input from the existing senior moderators. How does someone get Senior Moderator? This is not a rank you can apply for. In order to get senior moderator, you will need to have at least 6 months of moderation experience, be able to show adequate leadership qualities, friendliness, and the passion to help others on the staff team.
