I doubt Cyp will actually add this, like the other 95% of the suggestions on here, but it's worth a try. Thanks for the support.
When we got the new medals addition I suggested that we make one for retired staff - but the medals are gone ;/ I like the idea that once Cyp removes your mod rank he gives you titan; I think that'd be fair. Considering a lot of staff actually are Titan but then end up losing it upon resignation/demotion - this would also save the time of having to go back and giving every staff their correct rank back. I don't think there should be an entire new rank for it, but ways of recognizing their work - yes I support.
Cypriot doesn't give Moderators titan after they resign or are demoted unless they already had it. O_o
Yes please. It's so sad that we have top voters, but mods don't receive any recognition or reward for their work. In a way, it's also sort of pathetic.
I am a Neutral. Though they do have a lot of hard commitment on their work on this server, it's a job they do because they really want to help the community not something they do to get payed for.
They should get a title as like you said "retired staff" if they moderated for a certain amount of time on the server and a x amount of reports they have done. I think that moderators who have been demoted should not receive this title due to the fact their actions led to their demotion.
I'd like a in game tag with [Ex Mod] so people can respect me again :p I legit still get people telling me I was great and Im their role model which makes me feel sexy
No Support. As moderators we volunteer for this position. We do our job because we like the server and we try to help it in anyways we can.
well, mods work really really hard , as much as it would be nice for retiered mods to get a rankup its like... these moderators signed up for there job because they wanted to help the community . if i got mod as much as i would love a rank upgrade im going for mod to get paid penuts. now , not the nice snacking nuts that are salted and accasionally carmolized but the emotional reward of "i did a good thing for the community" thus no need for rewards
