I lost my rank on almost every server

Please help me I have already emailed [email protected]


Why did this happen to me ?


I dont get what's the point of buying Elite for 50$ if this is gonna happen to me


If I dont get Elite back, Imma get my money back and quit

 

Saying that a your gonna get your money back then quit the server doesn't mean your gonna get the rank. They can check buycraft and see if you actually bought it. Try checking and seeing if your put in your username correctly. Your might have put it in wrong. Also buycraft is case sensitive. If your wrote your username in all lower case. If you have already emailed the support email, and have provided suffice evidence, then the only think you can do is be patient. @CypriotMerks is very busy, he will receive hundreds of support emails, so you just need to give him time to do his job!

 

Emailing support is the only way to fix your rank issue.
