    Hey guys, for the past couple of weeks we have been working on setting up a new custom group of plugins that we hope will improve KitPvP and OP PvP greatly! With this update, we are adding player stats, top 10 leaderboards, and finally an onscreen scoreboard!

    We hope everyone really enjoys these new features, and we have some exciting things in mind for Mineverse that will be coming very soon! ;)

    Here is the full list of features!

    Scoreboard:
    • Besides the basic additions, such as player name and balance. This scoreboard will also display your Health, PvP Timer, Streak, and KDR.
    • PvP Timer - this is the amount of time you are stuck in combat before it is safe to teleport or logout without dying. I feel this is one the best add ons as it's definitely a lot more handy to know.
    • Streak - this is the amount of kills you achieve before dying. the highest amount you ever get, will be displayed as your kill streak stat.
    • KDR - this is your kill/death ratio. The amount...

    Mineverse Updates - October 4th, 2019

    I will be starting to post any updates or changes I make to the servers in these threads whenever possible. Small backend changes for the servers is made consistently, however may not be noted here.

    • Infection - New lobby spawn
    • Infection - Improved hit detection, hit detection is different on infection because of the way zombie disguises work over players. This should be a little bit better now.
    • Infection - Damage should be taken if a player is over bedrock in water.
    • Final testing of a statistics and leaderboards plugin along with a custom scoreboard for KitPvP and OP PvP is almost done. Will be released soon.
    • The email of [email protected] is re-enabled and will now be easier for players to have their rank fixed if it is not correct or missing on any server. A few staff members will be handling this daily.

    This month, we will be having a
    pumpkin carving competition!

    For this competition, you will have to carve a pumpkin and submit it
    To prevent taking photos of pumpkins online, you will be asked to have a piece of paper that says
    "Mineverse" somewhere in the photo of the pumpkin.
    All photoshopped photos will be deleted and you will be denied to enter the competition.
    You will be allowed to submit more than one pumpkin.
    This is a real-life competition. Please do not submit photos of a Minecraft pumpkin.

    [9.12.2019] Infection Updates!

    Hello hello!

    We’ve been working hard on fixing up Infection and some other game modes. Below are a few Infection updates:

    Infection
    • Staying on bedrock will deal slow damage
    • ./suicide is added back, but with a time limit
    • Leaderboard at the spawn has been fixed and with added colors.
    • New leaderboard stat showing highest-ranked players by the level and prestige combined. Player info for this board will update after a player levels up at least once after this update.
    • Eggs have been updated to deal a slower poison effect. Removes 3.5 hearts now.
    • Must have at least 5 players to start a game. Upped player amount to counteract any potential boosting.
    • Maps should rotate now! You may have a map twice in a row, but definitely not a third time.
    • The 1688 map spawn issue has been fixed. No one gets stuck underground anymore.
    • Zombies are no longer able to use bones for attack dogs due to humans being unable to hit them.
