I have recently bought the kit god in game but the kit is not showing up in infected everwhere else but infected also my stats where reset in infected plz help.

As of the /Kit God Glitch, email [email protected] with sufficient evidence that shows you have bought the Rank God. Also for the Infection levels, you also must have sufficient evidence for a Head Mod ( @Pile or @Nanurz ) to refund your Levels back, sorry about this.

 

It takes time for the rank to go through all servers, just be patient and it should appear soon enough
